6. Scheduling, Cancellations, and Access

a. Scheduling

Appointments are scheduled based on availability. We strive to arrive within the agreed time window but cannot guarantee exact arrival times due to unforeseen circumstances.

b. Cancellations and Rescheduling

  • Customers are requested to provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
  • Late cancellations or missed appointments may be subject to a cancellation fee.

c. Property Access

Customers are responsible for providing safe and adequate access to the property. Failure to do so may result in additional charges or appointment cancellation.

7. Payments

  • Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • Accepted payment methods may include cash and credit/debit cards.
  • Late payments may be subject to additional fees to the extent permitted by law.
  • The customer agrees to pay all reasonable costs of collection, if applicable.

ProperFix provides light plumbing and electrical work only and does not perform services requiring a specialized or contractor’s license where such licensing is mandated by law. If a project requires a licensed specialist, we may recommend a qualified professional.

10. Warranties and Disclaimers

We stand behind the quality of our workmanship and will address any issues related to our services reported within a reasonable period after completion.
